After your Craniosacral or Reflexology session, what is the best way to continue to integrate the fascial changes in  your body? 

 

By moving! Best of all, moving with awareness! 

 

Mindful Movement enables you to have tools at your disposal to use in-between your sessions to help you to loosen those chronically tight areas, and keep them from coming back.  Another plus for you is that it teaches you to become more aware of your body’s sensations, and to be more in-tune with your body’s cues.

In Craniosacral Therapy, we realize that micro changes can effect macro changes.  Sometimes, with this type of embodied movement, it is when we are making micro movements that the fascia will be able to relax.  In fact,  just laying still on the floor (actively yielding into the floor and feeling the support of the floor) can in itself create fascial unwinding.

Movement with Awareness is a key part of having a “No Kinks” Body and Mind.

Mindful movement is highly beneficial in “working out the kinks” – those that keep reappearing time after time, and those that have been there for years.  Combined with craniosacral and reflexology therapy, this type of gentle, calming exercise truly enables you to move forward with greater flexibility and freedom. Those clients who participate in CST/Reflexology and Mindful Movement sessions will see more significant benefits overall.  

Anna currently incorporates instruction of mindful movement in her craniosacral and reflexology sessions as the need arises.  She also offers:
